MIG Welder – Four day week! Pertemps are recruiting experienced MIG Welders, MAG Welders and Fabricator Welders to join a leading engineering and manufacturing company based in Gainsborough. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone with experience in MIG welding, MAG welding, production welding or fabrication to secure ongoing, full-time work with excellent rates of pay, regular overtime and the choice of a fixed day or evening shift. No rotating shifts. Day Shift - 06:00 – 14:30 • Monday to Friday - £14.50, overtime paid after 8 hrs per day at £21.75ph • Saturday is paid at £21.75ph • Sunday is paid at £29.00ph Evening Shift (four day week) - 14:30 – 01:00 • Monday to Thursday - £16.53ph, overtime paid after 8 hrs per day at £21.75ph • Saturday is paid at £21.75ph • Sunday is paid at £29.00ph Your duties will include: • MIG / MAG welding stainless and mild steel components • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and weld symbols • Using jigs, fixtures and measuring equipment to ensure precision • Completing quality and traceability documentation • Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment • Reporting quality, production or safety concerns to your Team Leader What skills & Experience do I need? • Previous experience as MIG Welder, MAG Welder, Fabricator Welder, Production Welder or Sheet Metal Welder • Welding, up to 2mm thick (stainless steel) • The ability to read engineering drawings and weld symbols • Your own reliable transport due to the location Why Apply? • Four-day evening shift available • Fixed shifts – no rotation • Excellent overtime rates – Available most weeks • Ongoing, full-time work • Immediate starts available (after weld test) • Opportunity to join a well-established engineering manufacturer • Weekly pay or monthly pay Apply Today This is an ongoing recruitment campaign managed by Pertemps, acting as an Employment Agency.
