The Role As a Paint Sprayer, you'll be responsible for preparing, refinishing and completing high-quality paintwork on accident-damaged vehicles. Using modern refinishing techniques and manufacturer-approved processes, you'll ensure every vehicle leaves the workshop with a flawless factory-quality finish. Your Responsibilities Prepare vehicles and panels ready for painting. Mix paints accurately to achieve perfect colour matches. Apply water-based paint systems using manufacturer-approved techniques. Produce exceptional paint finishes to the highest quality standards. Carry out final quality inspections to ensure all work is defect-free. Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment. Work efficiently while consistently delivering outstanding workmanship. What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer or Paint Technician within an accident repair centre. Extensive experience using water-based paint systems. City & Guilds qualification or equivalent is preferred. Strong knowledge of modern…
