Nortam Finishing Ltd, specialists in finishing Aerospace, and Defence components, are seeking an Experienced Paint Sprayer to join our Exeter team. Key Responsibilities: Paint spraying to meet customer and company requirements to both a high standard and within tight tolerances. Preparation and masking of components. Maintain tools and equipment. Accurate completion of relevant paperwork, work instructions and job cards is essential to this role so a good grasp of the English language and a certain level of literacy is expected. Experience & Skills Required: Previous commercial paint spraying experience is essential, preferably within industries such as automotive, manufacturing, commercial or similar. Powder Coating experience would be desirable. Knowledge of spray gun operation and maintenance. Ability to follow detailed instructions and company guidelines. Capability to work both independently and as part of a team. Understanding of professional drawings is desirable but not mandatory. Experience in a related industry (e.g., vehicle maintenance, body repair) or completion of a relevant qualification will be highly valued. Strong attention to detail and task accuracy. Commitment to quality and continuous improvement. Basic maths skills Strong adherence to standard operating procedures and quality management frameworks. Powder Coat capabilities would be advantageous. The Ideal Candidate: Nortam Finishing Ltd have a new position for an Experienced Paint Sprayer position based in Exeter.
