Delden Cranes is seeking a motivated Paint Sprayer / Prepper to join our growing team. Whether you're already experienced in paint spraying or looking to develop your skills through training, this is an excellent opportunity to work on a modern fleet of crawler cranes within a specialist and rewarding industry. Working alongside our experienced engineers and technicians, you will be responsible for preparing, repairing and painting crawler cranes and associated equipment while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Training and development opportunities are available for the right candidate. What the Role Involves • Working alongside our experienced team of crane engineers and technicians • Preparing equipment for painting, including masking, sanding and cleaning • Assisting with or carrying out paint spraying, repairs and resprays depending on experience • Identifying and rectifying paint defects and surface imperfections • Applying high-quality finishes to company standards • Operating and maintaining paint spraying equipment and tools • Maintaining a safe, clean and organised workspace Key Responsibilities • Prepare surfaces for painting to a high standard • Assist with or undertake paint mixing and colour matching • Apply paint using spray guns and associated equipment • Carry out full resprays, touch-ups and localised repairs where required • Ensure all finishes meet quality standards • Maintain and clean spray equipment • Adhere to all health and safety requirements, including PPE and safe handling of materials • Work effectively as part of a team to meet project deadlines • Carry out any additional duties as reasonably required by management What We're Looking For For Experienced Applicants: Previous experience in paint preparation and spray…
