What we store
If you create an account, we store your email address, a one-way password hash, saved jobs and saved searches. If you request a weekly alert, we store the email address and filters needed to deliver it after you confirm. We record service events such as alert confirmations, apply-link clicks, commercial-guide exposures, store handoffs and completed checklists or calculators. Commercial events keep only the action type, placement, sector or job identifier where relevant, destination key, time and a coarse unknown, known-automation or operator-test label. They do not store your answers, IP address, email address, full user agent, session ID or a visitor fingerprint.
The staged employer-interest form collects a contact name, work email, company, vacancy title, optional message and a separate yes/no request for equipment help. It does not create an account or publish a vacancy. Submissions are deleted automatically 12 months after submission, or earlier on request. A one-way email hash is kept in the existing 24-hour rate-limit log to reduce repeated submissions; the raw email is not copied into that log.
The equipment-help worksheet stays in your page until you explicitly send it, copy it or download it. When direct sending is available and you choose it, your name, email, optional company and equipment brief are sent through Resend to The Face Mask Store to respond to your enquiry. This does not subscribe you to marketing. Do not include medical records or other sensitive personal information. Delivery records contain a request reference, one-way hashes, timestamps and delivery status, not your raw contact details or brief. Hashed hourly counters limit repeated sends. These operational records are retained to prevent duplicate delivery and investigate delivery problems; contact us about access or deletion. Enquiry correspondence is handled by The Face Mask Store under its privacy notice.
Why and for how long
Account data is used to provide the service you requested. Alert email is sent only with your confirmation and stops when you unsubscribe. Unconfirmed alert requests are removed after seven days. Unsubscribing removes the deliverable email address from that alert. Account export and deletion are available from the account page.
When you choose an AI product-information answer for a listed system, we retain a private working copy of the submitted enquiry and answer for 7 days, then remove it at the next daily cleanup. The question is checked against reviewed product sources using our local Qwen service and TypeSafe, a hosted AI checking service. Contact fields are kept out of those model requests; do not put personal or confidential information in the question itself. Answers include their source links and do not assess suitability, compatibility, faults, servicing or current quotes. If an answer is unavailable or insufficiently supported, your enquiry remains with TFMS for Sam to review.
TFMS receives the enquiry by email even when an answer is shown on the page. Our internal George assistant also receives the enquiry and answer outcome for staff follow-up. If you provide a company, staff may use publicly published company information to identify the business and its public contact number. This is enquiry follow-up, not a marketing subscription. Ask TFMS about access to or deletion of retained enquiry correspondence.
Service providers include Cloudflare for hosting and storage and Resend for transactional email. External job sites and The Face Mask Store have their own privacy terms when you follow an apply or guide link. Campaign tags identify the rpejobs placement and destination; they do not include your email address or job-search text.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction or deletion, or withdraw alert consent at any time. Use the contact details on our contact page. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
